Mason Park Bridge Projects

Stiver Engineering provided a variety of services for the Mason Park bridge project in Houston. We performed analysis and design for lifting sections, designed stiffener plates for lifting and the outrigger foundations for the bridge’s construction. The outrigger foundations were designed to handle the lifting of 70-ton steel pedestrian bridge section from the bayou banks. Stiver also created a soldier pile shoring design to provide access for the bridge tower foundation construction. We also designed the formwork plan and construction walkway decking design for the bridge tower pours.
