McGowen Street Utility Connection Project

During the remodel of an existing 2,356 square-foot brick building in Houston, Texas, our client required land development through utility connections for commercial occupancy. After joining the project, we designed waterline, fire line, and sanitary sewer connections for the building, provided a reinforced concrete wheelchair ramp design per ADA requirements, and submitted plan and profile drawings to the City of Houston. The project was permitted by the City of Houston.
